When we connect to your computer for a remote support session, we do so through a secure, encrypted connection. If you require remote support, you must first contact us directly to obtain our remote access software.
Unattended Remote Support
If you wish for us to provide maintenance to a computer or server while you are away or wish for us to have ongoing access to one or more of your computers for emergency work or routine maintenance, we can easily setup unattended remote support. That allows us to connect remotely at anytime to the computer(s) you authorize. You remain in full control and can disable or uninstall unattended remote support at any time.
